I joined the Roche Bros. team to lead the Creative arm of the new in-house marketing group. I was challenged with changing the perception of the 70-year old institution and expanding our demographic and audience. This was accomplished by establishing a modern brand voice, and working across multiple channels including TV, Digital and Print to bring a renewed brand awareness in a competitive and noisy category while still maintaining our deep-rooted connection to the community. I have also connected the renewed brand voice to the in-store experience being heavily involved in the redesign and construction of our stores from initial blue prints to ribbon cutting.
The in-house team at Roche Bros is small, scrappy and very hands-on.

Using my creative background and strategic approach, I was tasked with transforming a traditional Production Studio into an integrated, cross-medium Design Studio. The result was an agency go-to group of 30+ talented and ambitious makers, consisting of Studio Designers, Motion Designers, Retouchers, Integrated Producers and Proofreaders spread across two offices and remote. The Studio is the hub for all display, social and print layout, experiential and social production as well as being the backbone for all new business pitches.

While at Modernista, I had a dedicated focus on Cadillac’s national presence including magazine, newspaper, brochures, out-of-home, OLA and experiential. I worked directly with the Creative team to concept new ideas, efficiently moving them from the early layout stage through production. I managed the Cadillac Studio team, effectively balancing workloads to meet the needs of the client and support other agency initiatives.

As a Designer at Devine & Pearson, I worked alongside the Group Creative Director on integrated campaigns that included print & online advertising, direct response, collateral design, web design and packaging. I concepted new ideas and expanded ones already in market, seeing them through to production.
